We are committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive care in a pleasant, comfortable environment. We offer comprehensive skilled nursing care with a focus on quality of life 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We value our employees and we are committed to providing them with a professional and supportive work environment. At Inglewood Health Care Center, we treat our residents and employees as part of our family.
The staff at Inglewood Health Care Center is looking forward to reuniting our family members and residents, and are following detailed guidance from County, State and Federal health agencies as we resume visitations in our facility.

The health and well-being of our residents and staff is our top priority. We are working closely with public health authorities and will continue to work diligently in implementing our COVID-19 infection control policies and procedures along with our facility emergency plan. In addition, we are closely monitoring information from the California Department of Public Health, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Based on published guidance, we have implemented the following measures:
We have a dedicated COVID unit where residents who are suspected to be positive for the COVID-19 virus, or residents with confirmed positive results are located in this self-contained unit. For each shift we have “dedicated heroes” who work only in that unit and those staff members do not treat residents outside of the isolation unit during that shift. From time to time, employees who work in the COVID unit one day may work in a non-COVID unit another day, when needed, but only after showering, changing clothes, and going through our screening process.
We are all in this together. This is an unprecedented national emergency that has our leadership continuously working to make the best decisions we can for our residents, our employees and our communities. We are making these decisions by following guidance from county, state and federal authorities and utilizing the guidelines from the CDC. For more information, please visit the following websites:
